about 80 dudes started the king's valley RR... 4 of them were from bob's.  doug o. from rock racing won.

calvin, matt, stu, and myself went to tackle the hell of the north RR in salt lake yesterday...

we're in olympia at a host house right now... i heard a bird flying around the house at 6 this morning...

after a 2.5 hour warm up, i took off my leg warmers!  i can't wait for maybe a whole ride without my legs covered? 

racing starts in 5 days!  i'm looking forward to 4 months of training finally paying off.  although from the amount of people who came out for the EHB loop yesterday, it felt like it was a race..
