Tour of Utah is hard. Not because we're riding 30mph for 3 hours, a la Cascade stage 1, but because the climbs are steep and the air is thin.

Since I only rode the first hour and then decided I was a big baby and didn't want to crash in the stiff crosswinds I was able to go out and get some photos and video of the remainder of this weeke

Well here we go;  the infamous George's Spring Series is officially underway.  It's no world championships but that didn't stop two world champions from showing up this weekend.  Richard Feldman

Gosh darn I love training in sub zero weather. It's one of the great aspects of competitive cycling.

I had my good ol' knee worked on a few weeks ago and now I'm in no mood to ride a bike. Probably because they told me not to ride a bike.
